Arnie as we like to call him arrived in my paddocks back in 2011 after he retired from a career in racing. We originally had Arnie as a horse to prepare and sell as I was currently riding another horse. In 2016, after two tragic events I found myself looking for a horse and Arnie just stepped right into the shoes. Since then Arnie has exceeded all of my expectations and has become a horse who tries his heart out with whatever I throw his way. Whether that be eventing, dressage, jumping, swimming or just riding for fun.

Currently Arnie is living in Canberra ACT with his dam, Princess of Parade's strapper from her racing days. She comments that he is "super well trained out on the trail". We couldn't be more proud of Royal Sands and the success of his life after racing!
