HALFWAY TO HEAVEN

Wally was named for a particular reason. When he was a yearling my Poppy was told that he was a wobbler and would have to be put down. Poppy refused and brought him home. Wally returned and became a champion over his racing career. He was a horse who gave 110% in everything he did. Wally’s personality and determination is a constant reminder in my life to follow your dreams, and to never give up despite what comes. He was a horse who could always tell how you’re feeling and his character and goofiness could bring a smile to your face no matter what. In my and my family's eyes he was more than a 1 in a million horse!
